The reception and administration and technical offices are located inside the Management centre.
The Reception is available for renting berths, car parking spaces and can provide information and assistance for boat-owners.
Thanks to its strategic geographical location, Punta Ala is a Marine Terminal for inland Tuscany, offering many possibilities for connecting with very important cultural and historical tourist destinations. At the Reception it is possible to acquire information about hotels, restaurants and tourist facilities in the region.
Surveillance of the Berths:
Security of the mooring area is guaranteed by the 24-hour presence of Marina staff and officers of Securpol Vigilantes stationed at the entrance to the Harbour. As well as checking vehicle access, and regularly patrolling the whole harbour area which can be accessed by vehicle, during summer and busy periods (sailing events, advertising services, etc.) the officers assist with the service of towing away vehicles, set up by Management in order to protect the rights of those who use the reserved parking spaces (marked by white lines) and to maintain the correct recirculation of cars in the short term car parks (marked by blue lines) where parking is allowed for a maximum of 4 hours.
There is a video surveillance system in operation which guarantees an overall view of the whole harbour area, ensuring safety and lawfulness for the enjoyment of the harbour and increased tranquillity for the owners of boats and those who use the harbour.
