Implementation of the organisational model as per the Legislative decree 231/2001 and Code of Ethics.

On 20 September 2008, the Board of Directors of the Marina di Punta Ala S.p.A implemented the model of organisation as per the Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Code of Ethics and at the same time appointed a monocratic Supervisory Body.
